I keep having cramps in my feet and legs, when am sleeping, exercising, or just sitting down, my diet is healthy and i drink milk and eat bananas (heard it helps) but I keep getting them very often.

It may be due to a lack of minerals (calcium, potassium, and magnesium), dehydration, exposure to cold temperature. Also, sitting for a long time, putting your legs in awkward positions while you sleep can cause cramps. Bananas contain potassium which is the reason it was recommended. Maybe your diet's intake of minerals is sufficient.
