I learned how i do calcium using the egg shell with lemon jiuce,but i dunno h i can handle drinking such thing! Plz give some tips that helps swallowing the calcium-rich solvent..

- supposing you are in need of calcium, no need to eat the egg shell, it is easier to take it as OROCAL® VITAMINE D3 500 mg/400 U.I. (carbonate de calcium - cholécalciférol)
