Dr Salim Saab i dont know the type of stone but i had a medicine for a week &drink lots of water &stop everything diary (stones in the family)-happened twice since 2008. is it ok Not to take calcium?
Please do a urine test with urine filtration to know if it's calcium stone, uric acid stone, etc...Depending on the stone's nature will certain components/nutrients be avoided in your diet.
Calcium intake cannot be stopped all of a sudden.
