My father is suffering from an enlarged kidney because of prostate. Now he is putting the mill, creatinine has become lower from 6 to 2.7 but the inflation is still the same. Any treatment?

He must do a nephrostomy first to relieve the pressure from the kidney and do a prostatectomy once the kidney becomes ok.

The treatment depends on the disease of the prostate. If the problem in the prostate is cancer, the treatment is completely different to that if the prostatic problem is benign prostatic hypertrophy.
There are many points lacking in your question to be able to decide for the definitive treatment.
But I think you are talking about benign prostatic hypertrophy with subsequent urinary retention and renal failure. The creatinine has probably decreased due to Foley insertion?
In this case, the treatment must be completed by endoscopic resection of the prostate.
