Breast tissue is sensitive to hormones, breast enlargement creams are based on herbal estrogen pretending to stimulate glandular tissue growth.
There is no serious comparative scientific study that has shown any efficiency of these creams on breast enlargement. There safety hasn't been thoroughly studied, and they are not FDA approved.
