- Augmentin is a combination of amoxicillin wich is a derivative of ampicillin and clavulanic acid. So patients allergic to ampicillin will be also to augmentin and to all penicillin derivatives.

- Take omeprazole capsules before a meal, preferably in the morning. Omeprazole tablets may be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
So there is no risk.
