My toddler, 23 months old, still eats cerelac 3 days/week, is that ok? If yes, is it good for her growth?

A dish with multiple sources of nutrients (meat/poultry, cereals, vegetables) is definitely of superior nutritional value to your toddler, and certainly a more natural option. Cerelac is relatively high in carbs, another downside to it. So try reducing the consumption of cerelac - 1st by reducing the size of the meal (so that she does not get full feed from Cerelac), then by reducing the frequency to 2 times per week.
