When I fast I get headaches, constipation and I feel dehydrated. How can I treat/minimize these symptoms? Most probably I get them because no water or food all day.

You have to eat more fruits and vegetables during iftar and souhour and less fatty and salty meals. Needless to mention drinking around 2L of water during that period (which would be helpful).

Increasing fluids, fruits and vegetables between iftar and souhour will be helpful. Walking is good too. Maintain a regular routine of bowel emptying, preferably what you used to have before fasting.
