In order to stay energetic while fasting, what is the best sohoor we can eat?

A good suhoor should be:
- High in protein: eggs, milk or yogurt, meat, etc...
- Rich in fibers: wheat, whole wheat bread, cereals (etc...)
- Rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as raw walnuts, almonds, etc...

Take fruits in moderation and drink fluids especially water and non-caffeinated herbal teas. Coffee or tea should be avoided because they trigger the body to lose water and minerals and may increase thirst due to dehydration.
