I have acid reflux during the month of Ramadan mainly in the morning and at night after Iftar. What can I do to prevent that?

Acid reflux is very common during fasting. Symptoms such as heartburn can be avoided by taking a (20 mg) pill that decreases the production of acid in your stomach (belonging to the category of Proton Pump Inhibitors or PPI's) just before you sleep. if symptoms persist, consult your doctor to adjust the dose or perform some tests on you.
