I always feel that I don't have the energy to do anything. I'm always demotivated, sad, and sometimes I feel like I can't breathe anymore at work! What could it be?

First things first, you ought to be evaluated for a possible organic cause of your symptoms, namely hypothyroidism (hypoactive thyroid gland), which produces symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, lack of energy, constipation, dry skin, cold intolerance, and sometimes mood lability (low mood). Anemia, mmost commonly due to iron deficiency, should also be ruled out because it may cause symptoms of easy fatiguability and shortness of breath.
If no organic cause is identified, then you will have to be evaluated for depressive symptoms, and this requires thorough assessment by a specialist.
