Normally you should be able to move comfortably 2 weeks after surgery, not fully free of pain but with mild tolerable pain. what i sensed from your question is that you are feeling some parasthesia in your foot, this should be investigated, to exclude neural, muscular, and bony involvement. i do not know the type of surgery done or the type of stitches applied (if any) so i advise you to reconsult the surgeon who did the surgery to clear the issue.
