33 yo,3rd pregnancy no pbs, nucal fold 2.1 @ 12 weeks, hcg 2.64 @ 17 weeks, 1:304 risk of T21, normal pre-morpho echo @ 19 weeks, is it high risk?

- the threshold set for T21 is 1/250, so you are not in the high risk area, though i would recommend an amniocentesis, as your age risk for T21 is lower than your biochemical risk ..

Am 29 weeks and 4 days pregnant with twins.i did morpho on week 20 and triple test on week 17 all was normal.in my last echo my doc said she saw something beside tge girl's lip.what could it be?

- The thing beside the girl lip might be cleft lip ,but since your doctor don't confirm a diagnosis of what she saw ,then wait for the other appointment echography to insure that.
