What's the cause of excessive dental surgery bleeding every time I do I have bleeding, when each year I do blood test and see my cardiologist and everything is normal. Need a hematologist opinion.

During a dental surgery I had too much bleeding so the surgeon asked me if I have taken aspirin but 6 or 7 years ago a similar thing happened so he advised me to see a hematologist and do blood test!

Took norlevo after unprotected sex the next day. spottings and heavy bleeding after 4 days and still going on since that (been 3 days). Period not supposed to come before 20 days. Whats up with that?
