What's the cause of excessive dental surgery bleeding every time I do I have bleeding, when each year I do blood test and see my cardiologist and everything is normal. Need a hematologist opinion.
Subgingival Microbial plaque and calculus cause bleeding during good dental cleaning of inflamed gums and around the teeth. No need to worry so much if you are in good health and don't have any heart/cardiac problems. Have your teeth examined and cleaned more often by the dentist.
Bleeding after tooth extraction procedure is normal
in healthy people where all your tests are normal then the cause will be local,local causes might be either from tissua or bone,it might be a secondary bleeding due to as Dr feghaly said infection or calculus or gingivitis
other hint that the cause is local and not due to haemalotical if no other bleeding in your all over body but it is only your mouth ,did you tend to bleed heavily when you have a wound in other place?
have you done blood tests :PLATELET COUNT,BT,PT,PTT,TT tests and were normal?if all were normal then nothing to worry about concerning internal causes of bleeding
NOTE: certain drugs may make your bleed heavier such as aspirin ,if you are taking aspirin or any steroid drug it will make your bleeding lasts longer,review your medicines
