I usually have painful ulcers (max 4 ulcers) in my gum and everywhere in my mouth after experiencing fatigue and hard works and I feel something under my right ear under the jaw when pressing on it.

I have a terrible pain in my neck and upper part of my back, it causes headache in the lower part of my head and on the sides. The pain now is moving to my left arm and i feel pressure in my ear.

- It could be an increased pressure in the inner ear, a problem in the eustachian tube,... etc. Contact your physician for a detailed examination.

My ear has been blocked for 24 hours with little excess earwax secretion. It's the same feeling as during takeoff and landing. I was not exposed to loud noises or changes in pressure. Any advice?
