My ear has been blocked for 24 hours with little excess earwax secretion. It's the same feeling as during takeoff and landing. I was not exposed to loud noises or changes in pressure. Any advice?
Blocked ear sensation may be due to wax impaction in the ear canal or fluid in the middle ear cavity (behind your ear drum). Either way, you will need to have your ear checked as Dr Saab suggested. Ear wax can be cleaned out immediately, while Otitis requires treatment with antibiotics.
