Hello i am 21 years old female 49 kg ,170 cm i'm loosing weight since 2 weeks and became 45 kg iused to eat well but now i'm loosing appetite and once i eats I vomit nausea no diarrhea I feel sick

My daughter is almost 3 years old (2 years and 11 months). Her weight and height are 13.6 Kg and 87 cm respectively. Does she look less then the minimum? If it is the case how we have to act?
