- Is this pulse while awake or while sleeping? The oxygen saturation is with or without oxygen support? What medical conditions does this patient have? And what medications is she/he maintained on?

Dr . im not a smoker but on special events i do some hubblebubble but i feel so so tired,down and my body as if destroyed.though i train a lot ( bodybuilding and boxing ).why is that feeling?Thanks dr
