What does a high cpk and low creatinine result mean? Cpk= 444 Creatinine=0.4 I train hard 4 times a week, and hour and a half per training. Is it somehow related?

Dr. Ivana Dabaj Pediatric Neurology
High CPK means that you have muscle that is being destroyed and this is due to the excercise that you are doing. when the muscle get detroyed (rhabdomyolysis) it is excreted (go out of the body) through the kidneys. The creatinine is one of the tests of the kidney and it shows that you have a lot of muscle pieces that went to the kidney to be excreted.
I suggest that the test be repeated but after you stop exercise for few days before the control because CPK is high and to be reassured.

High Cpk and low creatinine means a muscular attack by the virus, in the absence of the virus training doesn't affect Cpk & Creatinine.
