In case you have never had any sexual encounters, this could be due to one of two things (as I have mentioned in the answer to your previous questions):
1- Vaginal candidiasis: infection with a fungus called Candida, it;s quite common in your age group and it's NOT sexually transmitted. It causes cotton wool whitish secretions from the vagina associated with severe itchiness (you itch so hard sometimes you injur yourself). You need to have a culture of the vaginal secretions (if you have any) plus urine tests (analysis and culture) to be sure this is candida. Otherwise you can take antifungal medication (orally + topical cream)
2- Trychomycosis: due to excessive sweating at the area covered with pubic hair; you notice pubic rash, foul odor, or growths on the pubic hair. You need to keep the area dry (use antiperspirant deodorant; if no response you will need oral drying agents to be prescribed by a dermatologist).
