The pain increases when im feeling down. If i sleep feeling sad or mad, i wake up to cramps at night. It hurts! What can i do to decrease the pain?

It seems that you have depression or anxiety that is causing you to be tensed at night. It will be important to treat the underlying reasons (depression and/or anxiety). One way to do so is yoga and meditation. Also, exercising will be extremely helpful. If all the above fail, you must see a mental health professional. Good luck!
