Thank you, During fasting i didnt feel any thing, but when i do a lot of activities in my job i feel that i need to eat suddenly. Do you recommend to me to eat more than 3 times daily but small snacks
1st off you have to be assessed by a physician and do a fasting blood sugar. And yes eating smaller meals more frequently (6 meals instead of 3 for example) is a good idea. The thing is that when you deprive your body from sources of sugar for too long, especially if you're thin (so you don't have much glycogen reserve in your liver), once you eat, particularly foods high in sugar, your pancreas releases a lot of insulin in an attempt to stock up as much sugar as possible into your organs. As a result, your blood sugar drops sharply. But this is one likely explanation and does not preclude the need to have a fasting blood sugar measurement - I am insisting on this one.
