It sounds like you starve yourself then you eat. This causes the blood sugar to undergo a sharp drop. This is known as reactive hypoglycemia. To document this, a blood sugar level (by finger stick) should be taken when you get the symptoms of tremors: if it's low, then this is most likely the case.
I recommend that you have a blood sugar level during fasting and consult a doctor just to make sure it's not a pre-diabetic stage, especially if there's strong family history of early onset diabetes. You also need to organize your meals - do not skip meals or starve yourself.
