One of my wisdom tooth on the lower jaw is starting to show up. There is a white layer on the gum around it, also on the gum of the upper jaw tooth. Is it aphtous ulcers? How to treat it?

The white layer could be what we call sloughing tissue or could be caused from the biting on the gums or the eruption of the teeth or even fungal infection. Best is to have it checked by your dentist. If not painful, I would not worry about it. Rinsing with warm salt water with proper brushing for a week is a good home remedy before going to the dentist.
