About blue gums: she had surgery to lift the gum since it was "going down", so the dentist has grafted bones in the gum to lift it up & the blue color remained because he said laser would be harmful.

Dear Sir,
Laser is surely not harmful and the only solution for this problem.
A new technology (Erbium Lasers) can remove the blue gum colour in minutes. It is a simple pealing of the gum to refresh its inner colour: Red

Grafting bone as a treatment for gum recession is not really an indication. Normally gum graft, peeling the gum or even using the laser are the best options for your case. Seek a specialist in laser or in gum grafting
