My doctor recommended topamax to treat my migraine but I can't help but notice some agressive mood swings through my behaviour. Should I pull out from this treatment?
Migraine treatment has 2 components: abortive treatment (to abort an attack) and maintenance treatment (to avoid attacks). I don't recommend that you stop Topamax, discuss other treatment options with your treating physician while emphasizing your concerns.
