PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome. Unless your man menstruates he should not have this PMS. Men do drop their male hormone levels gradually with time but the changes are so insidious and you do not see them. The low testosterone syndrome or Low T leads mainly to fatigue low libido but it is very different from PMS. If the man is having mood swings, this is probably from anger and not from hormones.
