My doctor prescribed stilnox since im having trouble sleeping but just to take it for a week .what do u think and please explain more about the medecine
Stilnox is a medication that will help you with your insomnia. It depends what kind of insomnia (initial or middle) you have. Initial insomnia is where you have trouble falling asleep where as middle insomnia is where you fall asleep but then wake up in the middle of the night. Stilnox is very good for initial insomnia. You can use it for up to one year. I am not sure why your doctor only recommended one week. It is better to ask him/her. However, make sure to take half a pill and not a full pull (as per the latest FDA recommendation for females). Good luck!
