My baby is 1 1/2 yrs old. He gets small pimples in a round shape when i give him oil baths using almond oil, j&j oil. Is it safe to use olive oil or coconut oil since he has dry skin and less hair?
You could use olive oil. I do not recommend the use of coconut oil though. You could also use emollient creams like Atoderm PP after giving him a bath, it keeps his skin well moisturized.
