My 3 mnths baby girl passes green stool once every day since birth but she doesnt hv any stomach pain.last month she hd a test & everything was normal.so is this stool color normal till 3rd mnth?
Yes this is normal. Babies who are breastfed have loose, seedy, yellow to green stools; those receiving milk formula tend to produce brownish pasty stools. In the future as you introduce solid foods you'll notice that the stool color will tend to be brownish and is affected by the color of the food you give; there may even be undigested food particles. As long as the stool color is not olive green (digestive problems) or red (blood, in case of diarrhea or malabsorption), you do not need to worry.
