what you are describing are symptoms of viral infection specially the influenza virus which is associated with flu symptoms, nausea vomiting,high grade fever, muscle and bony ache and feeling tired. viral meningintis can be a complication of a viral infection however it is self limiting ie you don't need treatment for it. it resolves by itself.

by the time you got your answer back you should be feeling better. except for maybe a cough that might persist for few weeks. if you haven't improved then you should see a physician to examine you and order the necessary blood test and xrays if need be
