Is it healthy to live with proteins in urine after 24hr of urine collection while taking ARB to protect heart&kidneys? Level is 350mg protein.medications taken: lercanidipine 20mg+olmesartan20mg
High blood pressure which you obviously have can explain this level of proteinuria which is not that high, but means that there might be some effect of your high blood pressure on the kidneys.
Of course there are other causes of proteins in the urine, such as for example diabetes or other kidney disease, I advise you to follow with your doctor, who will do additional testing to make sure that other causes of this proteinuria are not present.
Usually proteinuria will remain stable and even regress when your blood pressure is controlled by the medications you are currently taking. And in that case the harmful effect of the high blood pressure on your kidneys will be very mild, and even abolished.
This is why it is very important for you to keep taking these medications and regularly follow with your doctor to make sure that your blood pressure is well controlled ( generally less than 140/80), and that the level of proteinuria and kidney function is regularly rechecked to make sure that the medications have the desired effect, and you will be fine.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
