I'm confused between if I'm depressed or not. I simply can't say that I'm depressed cause I laugh and joke alot but when something bad happens I cut myself and think of suicide?
do not mix depression with teenage mood swings! what you are describing are mood swings that you have to learn to control and deal with yourself or by discussing them with your parents, friends or teachers... preferable with an adult.
