I would like to enlarge my breasts. Is it true that I can not breast feed in the future, and the breasts will loose sensitivity? How safe is such surgery in general?

Dr. Michel Moutran Plastic Surgery
Breast enlargement is a very rewarding procedure for the patients. It is a safe and standardized surgery if done by the proper surgeons. The placement of the incision for the insertion of the implant (around the areola, or in the inframammary fold) may influence the sensitivity outcome. But after one year study haven't shown any significant difference.
Breast feeding is possible after breast augmentation.
