I was swimming, and i felt tired on my left side ), it was a muscle spasm. 10 days have passed and i still feel pain and stiffness, is it dangerous?

Hello there!
Not necessarily dangerous. However, a muscle spasm should not take that long to get resolved. 
Try moderate intensity exercising (like swimming moderately again or a light jog) and stretch well afterwards, if it feels better, it's most probably done at that. 
if you pain and stiffness persists, please consult with your physician or physical therapist. 
Nothing should stay in the way between you and your exercise.
