I sleep much,sometimes 8 hours are not enough,and i'm always tired and sleepy. More often i feel cold,and i get cold flushes.Some other times i feel hot even when it's cold.Thank you for responding
feeling sleepy, cold and hot in an abnormal way, with fatigue are the results of many many causes. your age, sex, and physical status have important associations with what you are describing. you need to do some lab studies to rule out anemia, and/or electrolytes disturbance. hormonal problems (mainly thyroid gland) can also be the cause. you should be examined by your physician and he will orient you well.
