I meant by ( membranous ) presence of blood clots all the 4 days are clotting and minimal dr not heavy and not painful, just the 2nd day .. there's no signs for infection !! .. thnx for answer :)
Having blood clots means that the period is heavy
Miltiple reasons can cause heavy periods , it could be your normal pattern but it also could be due to hormonal reasons or non hormonal reasons (fibroids,polyps etc...)
