I love to Donate Blood. But lately i'm afraid because i'm getting dizzy and sometimes unconsciousness (in the end of donating) while donating... How to train myself not to get dizzy?
That happens to a lot of people actually. When you give blood, you are donating 1/8 of your body's blood. Some people can handle the sudden loss, some do literally faint.
Try eating a hardy meal 20 to 30 minutes before donating, and eat or drink something relatively high in sugar. That might help.
As Dr. Esso said, you can try eating a meal before donating and eating maybe some biscuits and juice after donating
An important other thing to know is that the minimum time advised between two donations is 3 months. This gap helps blood regain the normal haemoglobin count.so if you are donating frequently without waiting to regain your normal haemoglobin then for sure you will faint and get dizzy.
Another point to check, a blood test must be done to make sure you are not anemic, hematocrit or hemoglobin level is tested to make sure that the loss of blood will not make you anemic, and this check is the most common reason that a donor is inelligible.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
