I have two granulomas in my inner lower lip ; noticed by mistake , 3-4 months post hyalourinic injections, whats my options besides surgically removing by needle ? inserting hyaluronidase maybe ?
Hyaluronidase generally works well if the lumps are due to clumping of the material. I suggest you start with that if they bother you too much. If that doesn't work, it would probably be due to scarring and fibrosis within the lip, in which case you will need to have it addressed surgically.
