Your fibroadenomas must be followed up by echo with the same breast radiologist. The criteria of benignity are very clear for specialised radiologist. If you have multiple fibroadenoma and they are stable in size and aspect, then a regular radiological check up is enough.
If your breast radiologist finds any sign of suspiscion then a biopsy or an excision must be done.
And last, some very large fibroadenomas responsible of breast distorsion might be removed for pain management or aesthetic reasons.
