I have mouth sores under my tongue and they run all the way down my esophagus, i am barely able to swallow. I also have some big red pimples all over my body. Could it be a liver problem?
No, although it could be numerous things like an immunodeficiency with ulceration of the mouth, aphthous ulcer,.. A complete work-up including a biopsy of the ulcer.
