I have a pain next to the right and left side of my kidneys. i had the urine test and the doctor said all is fine. what would be the reason since i feel it all the time. is it something dangerous?
if your urine test is normal and your creatinine(which reflect the kidney function) is normal then your pain might be related to a simple back pain (muscles around the spine) which might be confused with kidney pain. usually infection or kidney stone usually affect one kidney at a time and not both of them at the same time and most kidney disease don't cause pain.
i suggest you take some simple pain killer such as paracetamol or NSAIDs with a good back hygiene and exercise to strengthen your back and abdominal muscle. in addition to keeping yourself well hydrated.
