I have a pain each time i take a deep breath in heart region front and on my back the shoulder region,done a doppler cardiaque the result was ballonisation des feuillets mitraux sans aspect prolapsus.
I am not sure that the findings on echocardio will definitely explain your pains. more details are more helpful like: age, for long you were having symptoms, did you have cold before, fever, cough, abnormal heart beatings...
Chest pain during deep breath is usually due to stress.
Diagnosis depends on your age and cardiovascular risk factors (tobacco smoking, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia).
The findings of your cardiac ultrasound do not ex plain your chest pain. one day you might have mitral leaflets prolapse; if so you might have shortness of breath.
Did your physician mention a low left ventricular ejection fraction?
