I have A negative blood group And I'm pregnant with my first trimester, is anti d injection recommended at week 28 and 30 during pregnancy, pls advise.

Yes this is correct
If you have a NEGATIVE rhesus blood group and your husband has POSITIVE rhesus blood group your baby might have a POSITIVE rhesus and this might have an impact on subsequent pregnancies causing RH isommunization.
You have to get certains pecific blood tests and receive an Anti-D injection at 28 weeks and within 72hrs after delivery. You should also receive it if you have bleeding or have certain procedures done during your pregnancy ( amniocentesis, CVS, etc )
