I have a constant ringing noise in my ears. This is causing me extreme discomfort, particularly upon going to bed at night, keeping me awake well into late hours after midnight (2, 3 and even 4 am)
Is this ringing noise (= tinnitus) present in both ears? Is it like the sounds of big machines? or more like waves ? For how long did you have it? How is your hearing?
