I have 6 out of 9 symptoms of Borderline personality disorder, but they don't include suicidal thoughts/behavior. Is that enough to be diagnosed as Borderline?

Yes it is possible.
Looking at a checklist of symptoms is not the best way however to diagnose someone.
It is best to seek professional help for diagnosis purposes and if treatment is required, options will be discussed.

Self-harm is not necessarily be present when we diagnose borderline personality disorder. The symptom which is more important is the impulsivity which is usually the factor behind self-harm, spending, substance abuse…etc.
Treatment of subjects with B.P.D is better be done by a psychiatrist. Treatment involves supportive, psych educational, cognitive – behavioral, interpersonal as well as pharmacological interventions. SNRI's appear to be the treatment of choice at present for B.P.D
