Yes, as I posted in your previous question, tendonitis may be a cause of repetitive activities on the triceps tendon. That's what happens with you while typing all the time on the computer and the treatment as mentioned before mainly is physiotherapy and corticosteroid injection. In the mean time, you can try taking any NSAID such as ibuprofen, ketoprophen, etc. You can also massage your tendon using profenid gel to minimize pain and inflammation.
If no improvement, check with a doctor to examine you, and if necessary an injection will relieve it.
Try doing the exercises mentioned in the previous answer.
