I dont have chronic headaches. My BP is normally 110/70. It's been 100/80 & 90/70 lately along with arrhythmia due to stress. Could this be a reason?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Stress may aggravate or precipitate headaches, or may be the initial trigger to a newly diagnosed case of chronic form of headaches; in fact you do belong to an age group where migraine headaches are initially diagnosed. Again, this is an educated guess because as I have previously explained, headache is such a vague and common complaint with numerous underlying conditions, that the diagnosis of the specific type of headache cannot be made properly without detailed history and physical examination - for instance, the doctor may detect a muscle cramp and tell you this is tension headache; or he/she may notice decreased visual acuity and refer you to an ophthalmologist, etc. The arrhythmias (I wonder what kind of arrhythmias you have? And is this an established diagnosis?) may or may not be related to your symptoms, hence, once more, the need to follow up with a physician in the clinic.
