I always have cramps, sex is painful and there are three lumps on my right pelvic area. They feel like marbles. My ovaries also feel more noticeable and I'm always tired and not hungry. Why?

Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
If you have any of the symptoms below, it's important to have them checked out by a gynecologist, that's because they can be symptoms of ovarian cysts and can be of ovarian tumors as well (but relax ovarian tumors affect mostly bigger women -but better to be checked for the cause since your symptoms are seriuos). Ovarian cancer often spreads before it is detected.

Symptoms of ovarian cysts and tumors include:

Pain or bloating in the abdomen
Difficulty urinating, or frequent need to urinate
Dull ache in the lower back
Pain during sexual intercourse
Painful menstruation and abnormal bleeding
Weight gain
Nausea or vomiting
Loss of appetite, feeling full quickly

The gynecologist may feel a lump while doing a routine pelvic exam. Most ovarian growths are benign. But a small number can be cancerous. That’s why it’s important to have any growths checked.
